● Maternity Leave

o We can take over your payroll during the period your Payroll Administrator is on maternity leave. 

o We guarantee confidentiality and integrity.

o continue running your payroll without any interruptions to the process until your Payroll Administrator returns.

● Providing short term labour for up to 3 months, which include the following categories: 

o Drivers and driver’s assistants

o Supervisors 

o General workers

o Forklift drivers

o Cleaners

o Baler operators

o Sorters for the recycling industry

● Providing longer term labour for these additional categories:

o Unarmed Security Officers

● Labour Relations services:

o Chairing and/or initiating disciplinary hearings 

o Attending and/or assisting in counselling sessions, grievance hearings and performance appraisals

o Testifying at arbitration and/or Labour Court should we have chaired or initiated a disciplinary hearing for you

o Attendance and preparation for conciliations and arbitrations

o Attending meetings with trade unions, Department of Labour and Work Place Forums [if applicable] as well as any general meetings deemed necessary

o Attending interviews, including exit interviews

o Assisting with retrenchment procedures [if applicable and if necessary]

o IR training for managers and supervisors

o Drafting contracts of employment and relevant policies and procedures

o Drafting of warnings and notices for hearings
