● A designated appointed employee at your company will be responsible to collect and prepare all the relevant payroll documentation that is needed for the payroll input, and will forward the documentation and data to Guardian Outsourcing by the cut-off date agreed upon for processing.
● At Guardian Outsourcing the designated payroll administrator responsible for your company payroll will process all documentation and data received.
● After all the data is captured the payroll administrator will conduct a variance review and forward you a query list, if necessary.
● Your designated appointed employee must check the query list, make the necessary changes and supply the outstanding documentation. The payroll administrator then applies the relevant changes as per your query response and data received.
● You will be provided with a final payroll document that gives you the total pay run details for your approval.
● Once signed off, the Guardian Outsourcing payroll administrator creates an EFT file that is sent to you electronically.
● You then import the EFT file into your internet banking and transfer the funds to your employees.
● Guardian Outsourcing print all your payslips and distribute them as per your preference.
● After the payments are done, Guardian Outsourcing e-mails all the required reports as agreed upon.
● You will remain responsible for third party reconciliations and payments from our generated reports that we supply electronically.
● Guardian Outsourcing will submit the electronic UIF declaration to the Department of Labour.
